Baseline & Questions...
Teacher leadership is an area that I have knowledge about. I know teachers with super leadership skills that I truly admire and learn from. I am more comfortable in a team teacher relationship. I believe teaching is a profession that we can truly learn from each other and lead together. Throughout this journey I am sure I will refine my thinking on this topic.
Is it possible to be teacher leaders together?
SMART Goal
Beginning in 2010, I will be part of a school technology integration along with ten other classroom teachers in our building team which will result in sharing with other educators how we are using technology in our classrooms.
